White & Case bolsters Middle East region with relocation from London
White & Case is relocating private equity partner Marcus Booth from London to Dubai, along with a team of associates. The relocation is meant to support the Middle East practice following the loss of two Dubai corporate partners to Winston & Strawn almost two years ago.
Booth began his career at Travers Smith and joined White & Case in 2010. He intends to maintain his relationships with his UK clients, referring to it as “business as usual.” Booth was part of the team that set up the firm’s London private equity practice.
The Middle East practice has three other partners: Abdulwahid Alulama, Michiel Visser, and Ali Shaikley.
