Taylor Wessing reports skyrocketing PEP in Eyles’ last year
Taylor Wessing has posted double digit percentage increases in both turnover and profit per equity partner (PEP), rounding out a successful last year under the stepping down managing partner Tim Eyles.
In the 2017/18 financial year, the firm’s UK turnover rose 12% to £144.6m from £128.9m. Meanwhile UK profit increased 16% to £56.8m from £49.1m. PEP shot up 20% to £579,000.
Eyles called the year “Taylor Wessing’s best year yet,” praising its growth in a number of sectors. Eyles will be succeeded by international litigation co-head Shane Gleghorn in October 2018.
