Clifford Chance to open second office in Abu Dhabi

Clifford Chance’s new office in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, opened with three partners and eight associates. Its Dubai-based banking & finance partner Richard Ernest will head the office, accompanied by real estate partner Peter Deegan and capital markets partner Chris Walsh, who will relocate from London.
