Fieldfisher makes first lateral hires in new Luxembourg office
Fieldfisher has hired tax partner Jean-Luc Dascotte and corporate partner Richard Ledain Santiago from Allen & Overy in Luxembourg, where the firm recently opened a new branch.
Dascotte is a tax expert who joins from Brussels-based firm Tiberghien, where he led the firm’s Luxembourg branch. Santiago has expertise in M&A, joint ventures, and structures finance, advising both local and international clients.
Luxembourg managing partner Ingrid Dubourdieu, who up to now was the sole partner at the recently launched office, called the hires the next step in the “rapidly progressing plan” set forth by the firm to grow and diversify its Luxembourg office.
