BCLP builds up family practice with new head from Irwin
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has recruited family law partner Elizabeth Hicks from Irwin Mitchell to lead its family asset protection practice in London.
Prior to her time at Irwin Mitchell, Hicks had a position at Kingsley Napley. She made partner at the latter firm in 2001.
BCLP private client global co-head Damian Bloom stated that the firm’s growth in family asset protection is in line with the opportunities in the sector. He referred to BCLP’s disputes capability as “an attractive proposition” for clients.
