Adnan Sundra and Khem Thadani set for merger in Malaysia

Adnan Sundra & Low (ASL), a Malaysian firm, is slated to merge with Khem Thadani (KT), a boutique firm. The merger is set to go into effect as of October 1, and follows the recent merger between ASL and Putri Norlisa Chair. KT specializes in projects and infrastructure, with a particular focus on sectors such as oil and gas, highways, telecommunications, mining, commercial development, manufacturing, and power, among others. Once the merger is in place, the combined firm will include 26 partners and more than 100 lawyers in total.
