OC Queen Street introduces competition practice in Singapore

Osborne Clarke’s associated Singapore office, OC Queen Street, has announced the launch of a competition practice. The new office opening follows the hires of former Competition Commission of Singapore (CCCS) members Poh Lip Hang and Harikumar Sukumar Pillay. Pillay served as director of the CCCS Enforcement Division before joining Osborne Clarke, and focused on investigative statements, leniency applications, complainant and reward programs, and dawn raids. Poh joins Osborne Clark from Drew & Napier, and previously spent seven years with the CCCS, where he advised government agencies and focused on economic analysis and market studies.
