Gibson Dunn and Milbank advise on William Hill partnership deal

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has partnered up with Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy on a deal between US and UK betting and casino operators. The deal involves UK-based William Hill and US-based Eldorado Resorts, which will operate a partnership for 25 years. Tony Downes and Scott Calfas lead the team from Gibson Dunn, which represents William Hill in the deal. The Milbank team, representing Eldorado Resorts, is led by Deborah Conrad and Stuart Harray.
