Simon Rose joins Mayer Brown in London

Mayer Brown has hired Simon Rose, who joins the firm’s London office in its Tax Transactions & Consulting practice. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Rose served as head of tax at Michelmores. He has more than 25 years of experience and focuses on real estate and private equity matters such as joint ventures, REITS, hybrid funds, and open-ended investment vehicles. According to Mayer Brown London Head of Tax Transactions & Consulting James Hill, Rose’s experience will help boost the firm’s offerings within its Tax Transactions & Consulting practice.
