Jingtian and L&C Legal enter into association in Hong Kong
Jingtian & Gongcheng, a Chinese firm, has launched an association with L&C Legal in Hong Kong. L&C Legal is headed up by Elaine Lo, who was previously a senior partner at the Hong Kong office of Mayer Brown JSM. A statement from Jingtian & Gongcheng said that the association represents a strategic step toward boosting the firm’s presence in the Hong Kong market. L&C, which recently launched, specializes in dispute resolution, M&A, capital markets, cross-border matters, regulatory and compliance, among others.
