Two Oldham, Li & Nie partners exit to launch boutique firm in HK
Two partners from Hong Kong-based Oldham, Li & Nie (OLN) have exited the firm to form their own boutique in the city. The new firm will be led by Adam Hugill and Alfred Ip and will operate as Hugill & Ip. The partners will work with two associates, and will focus on private client work, dispute resolution, business immigration, notary, corporate, and employment matters. Prior to joining OLN, Hugill worked at Baker McKenzie, while Ip has been with OLN for more than 13 years.
