RHTLaw announces new co-head of capital markets practice in Singapore

RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has named Yang Eu Jin as the firm’s new co-head of capital markets. He joins Singapore-based RHT from Overseas Education, where he served as general counsel and executive director. He will also be a partner at RHT. Yang focuses on corporate finance and capital markets, and has worked on matters such as fundraising efforts, public listings, and post-listing corporate matters. He previously worked at KhattarWong before morning Overseas Education.
