Nigel Boardman to step down as Slaughter and May partner

Slaughter and May partner Nigel Boardman has announced that he will be stepping down from his role as a partner at the firm. He will step down in April 2019 and will remain with the firm in a part-time consulting role. Boardman has been with Slaughter and May for nearly 40 years, having joined in 1973. During his tenure as a partner at the firm, he came to be considered as a leader in M&A in London.
