The firm has been undergoing recent transitions, with Jan Heuvels having resigned from his post as international senior partner. Peter Rogan, who is said to have previously pursued a merger, has replaced Heuvels in an interim role. If a merger takes place, it would offer Gordon Dadds a larger international network, as Ince currently operates in seven countries aside from the UK.
