Baker McKenzie is slated to reorganize its London office, including its business services and professional teams. The reorganization will take place over three years, and will involve various departments, such as business development, knowledge management, human resources, marketing and communications, and finance. Bakers has stated that the reorganization is intended to streamline and modernize the firm’s offerings. In addition to changes at the London office, the move will create new roles in the firm’s Belfast and Manila offices.
