Latham hires Farhana Sharmeen from Withers KhattarWong in Singapore

Latham & Watkins has hired Farhana Sharmeen, a corporate lawyer, in Singapore. She joins the firm as a partner from Withers KhattarWong, bringing Latham’s partner headcount in Singapore to a total of 11. Sharmeen focuses on public and private M&A matters, along with acquisition financing, privatizations, and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Withers KhattarWong, she spent 12 years at Drew & Napier, where she became a director at the firm.
