Miriam Gonzalez to exit Dechert

Miriam Gonzalez, co-chair of trade at Dechert, has announced that she will be leaving the firm. She will be moving to California with her husband, Nick Clegg, who will be taking on a role in Menlo Park as head of global policy and communications for Facebook. Clegg previously served as deputy prime minister. Gonzales has been with Dechert since 2011, when she joined the firm from DLA Piper. She has worked on several international trade matters, including work related to Brexit.
