Paul Rawlinson to step back from duties at Bakers temporarily

Paul Rawlinson, who currently serves as chair at Baker McKenzie, will be taking a temporary leave from managing the firm due to exhaustion. In the interim, executive member Jaime Trujillo will serve as acting chair. Trujillo is an M&A lawyer who also serves as chair for Latin America at Bakers. A statement from the firm clarified that Rawlinson’s break involves a personal medical issue and is being implemented based on advice from his doctor.
