King & Spalding nabs former Bank of England lawyer
King & Spalding has brought on Robert Dedman, who previously worked in an in-house role at the Bank of England.
Robert Dedman joins King & Spalding in the firm’s London office, where he will be a partner. While at the Bank of England, Dedman was a member of the Financial Reporting Council, and later served as a senior director at Navigant, a consulting company.
Dedman previously worked at Macfarlanes from 2002 to 2005. According to King & Spalding London office head Tom Sprange QC, the new hire will help boost the firm’s investigations capabilities in London.
