Reed Smith HK office faces potential 40-strong team departure
Reed Smith Richards Butler could lose up to 40 members of its Hong Kong team, according to APAC managing partner Denise Jong.
Five disputes partners, including David Morrison, plan to join Minter Ellison in early 2019. The potential move would involve up to 40 employees, including fee-earners and secretaries, along with partners.
If the team follows through on the departure, the firm will have 20 partners and approximately 100 fee-earners remaining in its Hong Kong office.
