Macfarlanes launches trainee innovation forum
Macfarlanes has established a forum geared toward legal innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. Trainees at the firm are encouraged to participate in the forums in order to network and enrich their capabilities for working on client projects. According to knowledge, innovation and legal technology head Christopher Tart-Roberts, the program helps bring new perspectives to the firm. He also said the program facilitates creativity when firm members work with those outside their usual cohorts.
