Dechert team exits for EY in Hong Kong

A three-member team from Dechert has exited the firm to join EY member firm LC Lawyers in Hong Kong. The team is led by Kareena Teh, who previously held a position as senior partner at Dechert’s Hong Kong office. Joining Teh are associates Mok Ho-yin and Philip Kwok, who specialize in corporate and commercial matters including compliance, regulatory, governance, and commercial disputes. Prior to joining Dechert, Teh spent 11 years at Baker McKenzie, and has previous experience as a solicitor and barrister in New Zealand.
