Indian firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has hired Harsh Kumar, a corporate specialist who joins the firm as a partner in Delhi. Kumar joins from rival firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and is the latest move between the two firms. Kumar focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital matters. He started his career at legacy Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, which eventually divided into Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
