Centrica and ZPG GCs step down

Two companies have recently announced that their general counsels will be leaving their positions. Grant Dawson will be retiring from Centrica after serving in the position for more than two decades. Centrica is an energy company that split from British Gas in 1997, at which point Dawson was brought on as general counsel. Upon Dawson’s departure, deputy GC Justine Campbell will take over his position. Meanwhile, Ned Staple has left his post as general counsel at ZPG, a property company. Staple was I the position for five years prior to his departure.
