New Law company Elevate acquires Halebury

Elevate, a New Law company based in the US, has purchased Halebury, a flexible lawyer outfit in the UK. The combined company will include more than 1,000 employees with annual revenues of $70m. Following the combination, Halebury will continue to operate under its current name in the UK. According to Elevate president John Croft, the acquisition will help the company achieve its goal of becoming a one-stop shop for customers.
