Signature Litigation opens Paris office while Kirkland hires tax partner in London
Signature Litigation, a dispute-focused firm, has launched a new office in Paris. The office will be led by a team of three partners, including Thomas Rouhette, Syvie Gallage-Alwis, and Emmanuèle Lutfalla.
Meanwhile, Kirkland & Ellis has hired David Irvine, a tax partner who joins the firm’s London office. He previously worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and focuses on matters involving financing and restructuring for private equity firms, debtors, and asset managers.
