Eversheds, Clifford Chance, and Addleshaw Goddard receive FSCS appointments

FSCS, the compensation program that governs authorized financial services firms’ customers, has made its latest round of appointments to its legal panel. Eight firms received appointments, including such firms as Clifford Chance, Eversheds Sutherland, and Addleshaw Goddard. The review was overseen by James Darbyshire, who serves as general counsel of FSCS. FSCS set up its legal panel in 2015 with the intent of providing structure to its methods of recouping losses faced by investors.
