Hogan Lovells partner departs following pornography investigation
Hogan Lovells has confirmed that a partner has left the firm’s London office following an investigation into an allegation that he was viewing pornographic images from a company computer. The partner was initially suspended in November 2018, at which point the firm began an investigation. As a result of the incident, Hogan Lovells has reviewed its policy for websites accessible from the company’s network. The previous policy banned only websites that generated cyber security threats, but the firm has now further expanded the types of websites blocked.
