Cooley launches Brussels office

Cooley has announced the launch of a new office in Brussels. The new base will serve as the second European location for the US firm. The new office will be headed up by Alexander Israel, a competition partner who joins the firm from Noerr. According to chief executive Joe Conroy, the new location will help the firm to better serve its European clients.
