Slaughter & May backs Luminance with $10m investment

Slaughter & May has announced an additional investment in UK-based legal tech company Luminance. The firm’s investment has helped to raise the company’s valuation to $100m. Luminance, which focuses in artificial intelligence, has already received funding from Slaughters, as well as Invoke Capital and Talis Capital. According to Luminance chief executive Emily Foges, the company has sought out additional funding in order to expand its legal tech capabilities.
