James Noble named Singapore managing partner at Harneys
Harneys has appointed James Noble as managing partner of the firm’s office from Singapore. He takes on the position from Lisa Pearce, who is stepping down from the post in order to retire. Noble is a litigator who focuses on restructuring, insolvency, financial services, and trusts and estates. He has been with Harneys since 2010, when he joined the firm’s Cayman Islands office as an associate. He has since worked in the firm’s Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
