Clifford Chance advises on French-Chinese nuclear energy deal

Clifford Chance is advising French energy company Electricite de France (EDF) on its joint venture agreement with the China Guangdong Nuclear Power Co (CGNPC) to construct, operate and maintain two third-generation reactors in Taishan city. Chinese firm Grandall Legal Group is representing the CGNPC.
