Mallesons snares Clifford Chance partner Martyn Huckerby in Shanghai

Mallesons Stephen Jaques announced the appointment of competition partner Martyn Huckerby to its Shanghai office. Martyn has experience in competition and telecommunications law and has advised corporations, private equity firms and financial institutions throughout Australia, Europe and North Asia. He joins Mallesons from Clifford Chance, where he has been involved in the development of the China competition group and advising clients on the recently introduced Anti-Monopoly Law, as well as EU competition laws.
