Sidley Austin, Pepper Hamilton on new Zyprexa settlement for Eli Lilly

Eli Lilly & Co. said it will record a charge of nearly $1.4 billion to make up for payments it expects to make in a Zyprexa settlement with federal prosecutors. Sidley Austin and Pepper Hamilton are advising the drug giant.
