Powell Goldstein merges with Bryan Cave

On Jan. 1 2009, Atlanta-based Powell Goldstein LLP will become part of Bryan Cave LLP, an international firm with deep roots in St. Louis. Bryan Cave has more than 1,000 attorneys and 15 offices worldwide. Powell Goldstein was founded in 1909 and has approximately 250 lawyers and four offices in the US.
