Latham makes triple partner hire from Mayer Brown

Latham & Watkins has scored a major coup with a triple partner hire from Mayer Brown to boost the firm’s investment fund practice. Alan Van Dyke will become a partner in the Latham's Chicago office. Kathleen Walsh and Andrea Schwartzman will join Latham in New York as partners.
