Chadbourne & Parke expands telecommunications practice

The international law firm of Chadbourne & Parke LLP announced today that James A. Stenger has been named counsel at the firm in its communications, media and technology practice. Stenger who joins Chadbourne from Thelen LLP will be based in the firm’s Washington office.
