DLA Piper head Nigel Knowles awarded Knighthood
DLA Piper joint chief executive and managing partner Nigel Knowles has been knighted after being named in the Queen's New Year Honours list. Nigel Knowles has been managing partner of DLA Piper since 1996 and in that time has led its growth from a regional UK law firm to what is now the world's largest legal services organisation. Globally, DLA Piper has a turnover in excess of £1bn. More than 8,500 staff and over 3,750 lawyers working in 67 offices across 28 countries
