Cadwalader loses bankruptcy co-chairman Zirinsky to Greenberg

Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft's co-chair of restructuring Bruce Zirinsky and bankruptcy partner John Bae will leave the firm to join rival Greenberg Traurig. New York-based Zirinsky was named a 2008 Dealmaker of the Year by The American Lawyer. He is known for his role as lead debtors' counsel in Northwest Airlines' chapter 11 cases.
