DLA Piper loses 30-lawyer Bergen office
DLA Piper has lost one of its Norwegian offices following the departure of its Bergen lawyers to a local firm. According to a statement from DLA Piper, the Bergen office has split from the firm "in recognition of the difference between the Bergen and Oslo practices", and will become a part of Steenstrup Stordrange, a Norwegian law firm with offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Trondheim, Tromsø, and Hammerfest.
