Cadwalader threatens to sue former London partners

US law firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft has threatened legal action against seven former London partners who left for US rival Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker earlier this month. The firm accuses the former partners, which include the former head of Cadwalader’s London office Michelle Duncan, to have breached their partnership contracts.
