Sacked 'sexpat' associate to sue Allen & Overy

Allen & Overy Moscow senior associate Deidre Dare, who was sacked without prior notice last week after publishing an erotic novel online, plans to appeal the sacking. The Lawyer reports that the author of the novel "Expat: A Weekly Serialized Novel About Living in Moscow" has asked Fox Williams employment partner Mark Watson to represent her in court.
