Sonnenschein, Cadwalader advise on auto restructuring

The US government has hired two law firms with bankruptcy experience - Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft - to advise the Treasury Department on the planned restructuring of General Motors and Chrysler. The law firms will be joined by the investment bank Rothschild.
