Blank Rome opens Los Angeles office

Philadelphia law firm Blank Rome will open an office in Los Angeles with five new partners, Lawrence Hinkle, Andrew Kim, Warren Koshofer, Glen Rothstein and William Small. The new partners will join Blank Rome from four different firms. Blank Rome who entered the New York and Washington markets with big mergers in 2000 and 2003, has been looking to establish a California presence for more than five years.
