DLA Piper doubles number of equity partners in restructuring move

In a restructuring move, DLA Piper invited 275 nonequity partners to make capital contributions of as much as $150,000. The ABA Journal reports, that nearly all of the firm’s former nonequity partners have committed a capital contribution to the firm. As a result, DLA Piper now has 670 equity partners, more than twice its pre-restructuring total of 300.
