US Contractor CACI subject to suit for Abu Ghraib abuses

US District Judge Gerald Bruce Lee ruled yesterday that a case against a US defense contractor whose staff was alleged to have participated in abuses at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq could be heard in federal court. The defense contractor had argued that national security issues precluded the court from considering the allegations.
