Proskauer Rose sued for malpractice in Stanford Financial-related matter

Stanford Financial executive Laura Pendergast-Holt has sued Proskauer Rose and partner Ted Sjoblom for legal malpractice. The action alleges that while the firm acted as counsel during meetings with the Securities and Exchange Commission's investigation of Stanford, it did not adequately represent her personal interests.
