Mayer Brown's Paul Maher not promoted in restructuring

Paul Maher, vice-chair of Mayer Brown, has been passed over for a new role as the firm's management structure is being reworked. The role of vice-chair has been abolished and Maher's co-vice-chair, Ken Geller, will be global managing partner, while Bert Krueger has been elected the new chair.
