Telecoms group from Womble Carlyle moves to Arent Fox

US firm Arent Fox indicated that a seven-lawyer telecommunications group from Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice will be joining Arent Fox. In addition, Womble Carlyle has introduced salary cuts for underperforming lawyers.
