Bristows signs up Kilpatrick corporate partner

Bristows has boosted its corporate capabilities with the hire of a partner from Kilpatrick Stockton. Ken Boehner joins from the US firm’s London office, where he was a partner in the corporate practice. He joins Bristows’ three-partner corporate team and will focus on M&A, private equity and strategic alliance transactions, advising US and European technology, telecoms and media clients.
